We ship with UPS and USPS in the United States. Rates are dependent on where the item(s) are being shipped to and the product weight. We ship to all states in the U.S. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary shipping.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged merchandise with the original receipt for store credit ONLY. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 14 days begin the date the item is marked as delivered by the shipping company.

Online Returns:

We are happy to accept online returns, however you must email us within 1-3 days of receiving your items.

Returns must be received within 14 days of delivered date in perfect condition, for store credit ONLY. The Salty Pearl does NOT provide shipping labels for returns. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to The Salty Pearl.
