In Store Return Policy:

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused and undamaged merchandise with the original tags & receipt for store credit ONLY.

All swimwear and sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.

All items marked Final Sale are FINAL sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Online Return Policy:

We are happy to accept online returns, however you must email us within 1-3 days of receiving your items.

Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery in perfect condition with the original tags, for store credit ONLY. Items MUST be unused and undamaged.

The Salty Pearl does NOT provide shipping labels for returns. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to The Salty Pearl. The Salty Pearl is NOT responsible for any damaged/lost items during the return shipping process.
